Almost five years ago, I logged into my very first @chief.network core group meeting in the middle of COVID… with no idea these women (and our facilitator) would become such a defining part of my leadership journey.
Fast forward to this month:
48 core meetings later.
Same circle. Deeper roots. And for the first time ever, we finally got to hug our facilitator, @callanbfleming , in person. 🥹
What started as a Zoom square has become a real, grounded community.

Over nearly five years together, we’ve:
✨ Navigated promotions, pivots, exits, and new roles

💼 Carried each other through restructures and hard leadership calls

💛 Held space for loss, health scares, and family milestones

🎉 Celebrated wins we once only whispered as “someday” goals
We know each other’s patterns, blind spots, and superpowers. We’ve seen each other at our most confident and our most unsure. And through it all, Callan has been the steady center—asking hard questions, holding the container, and reminding us we already have the answers.

Leadership can be isolating.
This group has been the antidote.

So grateful to my core group for the radical honesty, steady accountability, shared laughter, and last-minute strategy huddles that only this circle could offer.
